The fast-paced timeline was aggressive, but The Waldinger Corporation met the challenge and had no problems accommodating the new schedule. This innovative facility consists of four floors, with 140 patient rooms on the upper three floors.

This was a three-floor remodel of existing birthing suites, nurseries and nurses' stations at this facility in Wichita, Kansas. It was a two-phase project with minimal shutdown time in which to access facilities during the entire renovation. The Waldinger Corporation installed a new mechanical penthouse on the building's roof for which we prefabricated and sectioned the ductwork based on real-time delivery needs to minimize time in field.
