It includes offices, underground parking and commercial retail space as well as connections to the Locust Street parking ramp and downtown skywalk. Celebrated as "The World's Foremost Outfitter" for over 50 years, we installed a variable speed direct current motor and manufactured a mechanism to make the shaft for the original pump to sequence with the La Vista store's windmill. We also performed maintenance on the chiller to get proper water temperature for fish in the aquarium and stream.

This project included the replacement of all mechanical equipment at Whole Foods in Omaha. We placed all new rooftop equipment over three consecutive nights without disrupting operation of the store. The equipment replaced included 10 rooftop units, one make-up air unit, 12 exhaust fans, two split systems and new building controls for all equipment.
