We had no reservations about this design/build job. The Waldinger Corporation performed the plumbing, piping and HVAC work for Centro, a chic Des Moines restaurant and kitchen in the remodeled Temple for the Performing Arts. Centro (pronounced "chen-tro") literally means city center, which this hot restaurant has certainly become since its launch.
