Customer Service Coordinator Installation - Maintenance - Repair (Omaha Branch)

Due to our growth we are seeking a customer service professional! Primary duties include: customer communications; assists in quoting work and customer follow-up; coordinates work schedules; updates schedules/maintains call schedule prioritization; ensures call completions/reschedules as needed; provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers; assists with procurement of parts/inventory/tools; issues P.O.'s, material control forms and assigns job numbers to our Technicians; other duties as required. Interested candidates will possess: a high school degree; two years customer service experience - HVAC industry preferred; attention to detail with a focus on scheduling and time management; strong customer service skills; good communication skills; computer proficiency in M.S. Office products. Individuals who have worked in a 'sales support' role are encouraged to apply. In addition, this employee will have the ability to work independently as well as with others in a professional manner and will be a problem solver.
