Administrative Coordinator

TWC SERVICES INC., an industry leader, is hiring an experienced, dependable, and detailed Administrative Coordinator for corporate administrative and bookkeeping functions.  Responsibilities  include:  assist in monitoring shared email inbox, setup of new customers and new locations in system via phone and shared email inbox to support branch locations, handling existing customer accounts that are on an AR hold, assist Accounts Receivable Manager with AR balances over 30 days, maintain good customer service relationships with all external and internal customers, and additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Administrative and accounting experience with strong attention to detail
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Solid computer skills with MS Excel
  • Ability to interact with customers and co-workers professionally
  • Associates Degree preferred
