The Waldinger Corporation Acquires United Mechanical Group in Champaign, Illinois

DES MOINES, Iowa (Oct. 5, 2026) — The Waldinger Corporation is pleased to announce it has acquired United Mechanical Group, a commercial mechanical contractor headquartered in Champaign, Illinois.

Founded by Chad Graham and Kerry Keller in 2017, United Mechanical specializes in plumbing, HVAC, industrial process piping, and mechanical service work for commercial and industrial clients across Central Illinois and western Indiana.

All United Mechanical employees will be retained as part of the acquisition. Chad Graham and Kerry Keller will remain with the business in leadership roles. United Mechanical will continue to operate under its existing brand name.
