The Waldinger Corporation performed a complete plumbing, mechanical and HVAC renovation on this 45,000 square-foot dormitory, built in 1926. Working during the college's 10-week summer break, asbestos abatement was also a component of the job. Project scope included demolition of the existing boiler and hot water radiators and the installation of new boilers, chiller and console fan coils allowing individual rooms for an option of heating or cooling. Students now enjoy air conditioning for the first time in this building.
