Iowa Digestive Disease Center

This new 25,248 square-foot design/build medical office building is complete with offices, procedure rooms and medical gas achieved with specialty equipment. The Waldinger Corporation also installed a rooftop variable air volume air handling unit with direct-expansion cooling and electric resistance heating at the terminal units.
