The Bank Apartments

This 11-story historic building, constructed in 1923, became the Farm Credit Building after President Franklin Roosevelt named Omaha the regional headquarters for the Farm Credit Administration. Recently converted to a 106-unit apartment building, The Waldinger Corporation performed all of the plumbing work on the renovation project which included the installation of entirely new domestic water, waste/vent and roof drain systems.
