Custom Sheet Metal:
Stair-rails, door kick plates, metal signs, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts, amusement park rides, specialty tanks and nearly everything else you can imagine are par for the course in our specialty fabrication shop. One of the most unique aspects of this shop is our laser cutting system's ability to slice most materials to dimensions within a few thousandths of an inch. It’s all about precision, and we’re all about that.
Sculpture and Art:
Our shop has the delight of creating metal sculptures and other works of art. Most often, professional artists and architects bring us the design – then we cut, bend and weld the elements. Several of our craftsmen are also accomplished artists who create works of significant artistic merit. (Who knew?)
Food Service Equipment Design and Installation:
Look to us for custom design refrigeration – walk-in coolers, freezers, display glass doors and storage doors of any size. We also design and supply restaurant and convenience store equipment packages for many well-known establishments and chains. Just ask to see our menu.
Predictive Maintenance:
If your equipment is noisy, out of alignment or just not working the way you want it to, we can quiet the situation with vibration analyses, infrared thermography, dynamic balancing and laser alignment. Your equipment will pipe down, run smoother and last longer – yes to all three!
Test and Balance:
Let our NEBB and TAB Certified Technicians improve your environment by taking addressing hot and cold spots, annoying smells and the noisy pumps in your equipment room. Need to go a little further? We can even certify your fume hoods, bio-safety cabinets and laminar flume benches. (If you don’t know what those are, you probably don’t need to worry about it.)
Sewer Camera Detection:
With over 200 foot of cable, finding the obstruction in your bowels is not a problem… externally speaking, anyway – ahem! Our sewer camera service will find every leak, obstruction and branch fitting or simply locate an underground pipe. We can complete this non-invasive procedure (we promise) from nearly anywhere in your building without disrupting surrounding work areas.
